The firm has completed Many of diverse projects, with a concentration in exceptional residential design. Projects undertaken include renovations and new construction, from the smallest of rooms to grand estates. The firm offers comprehensive services from conceptual design through construction administration and interior design.

Our Timeline

2016

The Beginning – Project that showed the way ahead

Mokham Architects began its journey with a challenging multi dwelling apartment project in HBR Layout. The design was incorporated on an existing individual 5 bhk residence. It was carefully designed to accommodate four 2bhk flats on 2 floors respectively. The most challenging part of the project was to blend a contemporary facade design on an existing classical facade. The successful completion of this project gave us the required mileage to go ahead to achieve challenging projects in the years that followed.

2017

Residential and commercial Design and Build

The firm has delivered some unique residential designs at Hindupur, Andra Pradesh and in the suburbs in Bangalore. The firm was also involved in designing commercial buildings for offices and retail showrooms in Bangalore.

2018

Venturing into Interior Designing Domain

This was a crucial year for the firms growth as it ventured into the interior designing domain with different types of projects ranging from residential interiors, Corporate interiors and retail design. we have been successful at delivering complete interior solutions right from its planning and design to execution on client requirement.

2019

The Journey Continues

Mokham Architects has completed over 10 successful projects in all the categories ranging from Residential, commercial and Industrial design to Corporate Interiors. This year the firm has some unique projects in the pipeline and we are eager to share with you our journey year after year and prove our consistent growth and relationship with our esteemed clientele.
